Macaron Time :)

last sunday me n my partner in crime, illa gi demo macaron kat bagus, melawati. kitorg sampai awal sbb org dr bagus called n said ramai yg register, so we gotta get there fast to get our seats. kitorg belepas sesudah solat zuhur. perjalanan pun lancar, parking pun sonang, alhamdulillah.

sesampai, kami register dan masuk dlm kelas dia yg simple dan compact. ada a few kakaks yg already there in the 1st row, so kami dok kat 2nd row. pastu ada sorg kakak sat beside me. mula la borak pasal macaron. borak punye borak, kelas pun dah penuh. chef nermala pun sampai.

chef nermala tu lawak tahap gaban. ckp bs melayu sebijik mcm malay. funny, motherly, sume pun cukup lah. nak cite pasal macaron ni renyah la pulak. so sila la rajin2kan diri baca steps dr internet ye, hehehhe. chef guna european method, in which we melted the sugar n poured it inside the meringue.

lepas kelas, berkenalan dgn akak lily, kawan akak azura (yg sat beside me tu). illa dgn afah tgk dia bz memilih bahan2 macaron kat bagus. kitorg tanya dia, kalau nak tempah kat dia berapa ringgit. dia ckp tak jual lg, tgh memperfectkan recipe. kitorg suh dia buat sampai mantap supaya kitorg leh tempah je, sbb kitorg takut kalau buat sendiri tak menjadi, huahahahhahahha.

pastu lepas balik, mula la add frens kat fb dan tag mana patut. lepas berbalas komen, kak lily bgtau dia dgn kak azura tgh buat macaron semlm. biasela kan, i ckp jgn lupakan i. tup tap, dia ctc afah dgn illa suh dtg amik kat umah dia. huh? biar benar? segan maaaaa.

... tapi gi gak, huahahhahha. ni gamba macaron dia semlm n the mango tart she made sekali. sedap sgt!!!baiknye kak lily! lenkali jgn lupa afah lg ok!
