Nasi Marjerin

Ingredients: (untuk 2 cawan beras basmathi)

1. 2 cawan stock ayam (sukatan : 1 cawan stock ayam utk setiap 1 cawan beras basmathi)

2. 2 cawan beras basmathi

3. 2 sudu besar marjerin

4. 1 sudu besar minyak sapi

5. 1 biji bawang besar dihiris

6. 2 biji bawang putih dihiris

7. 2 hiris halia

8. 1 biji tomato dihiris

9. 3 biji bunga cengkih

10. 3 biji pelaga

11. bunga lawang

12. kayu manis

Method:

1. Buat sup untuk stock ayam (tumis dgn bwg merah, bwg putih, halia segala)

2. Sukat beras, cuci, rendam, cuci lagi dan toskan

3. Tumis bwg besar dan bwg putih, masukkan 4 sekawan (cengkih, pelaga, etc)

4. Masukkan tomato, kacau sampai semua layu

5. Masukkan stock ayam. Kacau sampai mendidih.

6. Masukkan beras, gaul sebati.

7. Masukkan periuk dlm rice cooker. Tutup periuk, tekan on.

sausage bun anyone?

Atas permintaan ramai (erm, sebenarnye Tun je yg mintak) hehe, ini dia hasil air tangan Puan Seri:

Bahan-bahan:

wholemeal buns
cheese
sausage
3 in 1 sauce (mayo+mustard+cheese) - beli kat Ramlee mart
dorina
daun salad/timun dicincang halus (optional)

Cara-cara:

1. bakar sausages sampai 3/4 cooked
2. let them cool, potong nipis2
3. cut buns in halves, sapukan dorina
4. letak cheese, susun sausage
5. squirt sauce on top
6. bakar dlm oven sampai cheese cair
7. keluarkan, top up dgn daun salad kalau sudi
