7 biji bwg putih (diketuk dan dicincang)
5 tbspn cili boh (kalau tak suka pedas, sila kurangkan ;p)
2 tbspn garam masala (recipe grm masala ada di bawah ;p)
5 biji bwg besar (dipotong dadu)
1 kg daging lembu (minced)
3 biji tomato (dipotong dadu)
220 gm tomato puree (i use du chef)
2 biji carrots (dipotong dadu)
1 biji capsicum (dipotong dadu)
1 tin mushroom (sliced coarsely)
chilli sauce (secukup rasa)
garam (secukup rasa)
dried oregano (secukup rasa)
5 tbspn minyak masak
Method:
1. panaskan minyak dlm kuali, masukkan bwg putih, stir sampai a bit brown.
2. masukkan cili boh, goreng and jgn berenti kacau sampai garing (naik bau).

4. masukkan bwg besar, kacau lagi dan lagi sampai garing.

6. masukkan tomato, kacau sampai lembut dan hancur.

Garam Masala
ingredients:
1 paket lada hitam
2 paket ketumbar
2 paket jintan manis
2 paket jintan putih
~ ni paket2 yg jual kat supermarket tu, yg diorg paketkan ikut grams tu.
method:
1. bukakkan sume paket and letak atas tampi. buang mane2 bijian yg tak elok
2. goreng sume ni dlm kuali atau pan tanpa minyak
3. goreng sampai naik bau
4. tutup api and let it cool
5. grind in a spice grinder
6. keep in an air tight container
